Kripalu Yoga – “Meditation in motion” Develop a new relationship with yourself while strengthening your body, increasing flexibility, and quieting your mind. This class promotes self acceptance, inner wisdom, peace and authenticity. 90 min. class $15 or 6 week series $72.
